STEP 1: Complete Application - Open Now Until Febrary 15, 2018

To guarantee your place in the program, complete the application and submit your $299 deposit today. Contact the program director for the application to the 14 - 21-day travel to Beijing/Shanghai. Passport information is not required to apply. The following forms are required to complete the application process:

  • Teacher Recommendation - (on 4th page of print application)
  • Signed Agreement & Release (receive at orientation)
  • Signed Student Code of Conduct (receive at orientation)

STEP 2: Acceptance Letter and Orientation Packet

Once you receive your acceptance letter via email, you will receive orientation information.  All additional pre-departure information and reminders will be sent via email to both the parent and student email addresses provided.  Please add our email address (This email address is being protected from spambots. STEP 3: Submit Documents & Payments

All programs require a deposit of $299, a copy of the traveler's passport, two recent 2'x2' passport size photos, and the list of documents under Step 1 to be submitted to Global Link China.

Payment Plan

Basic Payment Plan

After the initial payment, we strongly recommend you arrange a payment plan or one final payment at your convenience to Global Link China before the final program payment due date. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal payments on line or via phone at 888-846-9255. However, we prefer and strongly recommend you mail your payments via U.S. mail to avoid credit card processing fees. 

 

Deferred Payment Plan

If you find it necessary to enroll near or after the final program payment due date, full payment will be required at enrollment unless you request a "Deferred Payment Plan" for an additional fee of $75.

Our deferred payment plan is designed for students requesting more time to make final payments. All balances must be paid in full no later than 60 days prior to the program start date otherwise the student will be subject to withdrawal from the program with no refund.

Cancellation Policy

For All Program Sessions

  • 60+ days prior to start of program ---- 100% refund
  • 45-59 days prior to start of program ---- 80% refund
  • 21-44 days prior to start of program ---- 50% refund
  • Less than 21 days prior to start of program ---- No refund 

60 DAYS PRIOR TO PROGRAM START DATE, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR PROGRAM ADMINISTRATIVE FEE
